We have spent many years of training in our specialised fields and travelled to the U.K. to become Hydrotherapy Practitioners. By combining our knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the wisdom of various complementary modalities we strive to help your pet live a longer and happier life. Johanne has been involved with complementary therapy for over 15 years. She has a Diploma of Kinesiology, a qualification in Dog Massage, Hydrotherapy and a Certificate III in Dog Training and Behaviour. She has also been a Puppy Raiser for Guide Dogs WA, volunteered at Swan Animal Haven. She currently lives in Vasse with her husband and Staffy X Kelpie name Blazer.
Tanya has spent most of her life adopting resuce dogs and stray cats. Her passion for animals and those needing special attention led her to nutrition and its importance in animal health. She has a Certificate in Nutrition, Canine Myofunctional Therapy and Hydrotherapy. She currently lives in Capel with her dog Roxi.
Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2008 and a Master of Physiotherapy in 2011 from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Since then she has worked in many clinical areas of Physiotherapy throughout Australia and the Uk. After moving to the Southwest in 2022, she is now fulfilling her dream of working with animals. She works with all animals from dogs to larger farm animals and has a special interest in underwater treadmill/hydrotherapy. She loves all animals and wants to help them live life to the fullest.
Joshua' s addition to our team makes Holistic Paws a true family owned and operated business. He is Johanne's son and has a deep love, connection and enthusiasm for animals. This makes him a passionate and dedicated Day Care Manager. He greets everyone with a smile even at 7am in the morning for those early day care drop offs.
With over 25 years experience Jill is renowned in the South West for her expert grooming skills, attention to detail and genuine care for all her clients. She works with dogs of all sizes and breeds. Her care and love for animals extends beyond the grooming table with her dedication and passion as a wildlife carer. If you have an anxious or nervous dog then let Jill have a positive impact on their grooming experience.
